Tree Climbing & Cat Stuff

Today was kind of a busy day.  My daughter and I met a friend and her daughter for lunch and some shopping after.  Then my daughter took me out for a pedicure, and then I went out to dinner.  Needless to say with all these activities I didn’t have time to change Evie’s outfit and she also didn’t get a chance to travel with me.  In between all the activities, I took her outside for a few photos.

Here she is next to the huge tree out in my yard.

 

This tree in my yard is huge.  I believe it is a maple tree.  At least I think this is what it is.  Here is a leaf.

Evie convinced me to let her climb the tree and I told her to be careful.

In this photo you can see that she is very tiny compared to the tree.

Here is a full shot of the tree from another angle.  Up close the leaves look green, but from far away the leaves look almost purple in color.

She spent a few more minutes in the tree before I finally convinced her to come inside.

When inside, I showed her some cat figures that I bought while out shopping.  The first is this little black cat with a bag of snacks.  I have no idea what the snacks are and both the snacks and cat have Chinese wring on them.

I also bought this little cat who came with a drink in a bottle.  No idea what the drink is???

I specifically bought this cat to display next to Barbie’s Yorkie because they are about the same size.

I’m not sure, but the Yorkie looks a little scared to me.  What do you think? 😂
