Today I was able to have the afternoon off from work so I took my Mom out for lunch for an early pre-Mother’s Day treat! We had fun, but unfortunately Evie could not come along. I did take her with me in the evening when I went to babysit my grandchildren when my daughter and son-in-law went out for the night. After my husband and I got the kids to bed, I was able to work on some sewing. Here is Evie watching me as she patiently waits for her dress to be done!
As you can see, I am making some progress, but I am not quite done yet.
Evie hopes that it will be done soon. We shall see!
