But I Would Walk 500 Miles…

Well we finally decided to open that package we received the other day!  Wonder what it is?

Hmmm…we got the box opened…

We found a card inside.  Look…there is picture of Evie on it!

Next thing we took out of the box was a pair of doll shoes that look exactly like the pair that Evie already has.  Allie is happy to have a pair for herself.

Next we pulled out a cute pair of pink shoes.  The girls can’t wait to find outfits to wear with these.

And finally we found a cute pair of white sandals.  Perfect for Summer outfits!

Evie and Allie are both very happy with their new pairs of shoes and can’t wait to wear them!

Creative Creations!

Today the girls finally got out of their official outfits and into my hand made creations.  It still needs to be blocked and have snaps/buttons applied, but Evie modeled the knit dress that I finally finished.  It came out cute but I had to add many extra rows to the skirt because I used yarn that was a lighter weight than recommended by the pattern. Most of the yarn I have stashed and hoarded over the years is light weight (1) sock yarn and the pattern calls for DK (3) yarn.  It is still very cute though.  Allie wore the baby doll dress made from the onesie which was previously modeled by Evie.

Back to Nature and the Bunnies

Worked at my Mom’s house today and before I left I was able to take some photos of Evie and Allie outside with Tyler and Betty.

It’s Off to Work We Go!

Evie and Allie followed me into the office for another busy day day at work.

There was a lot going on so there wasn’t much time for introductions to the animals and other friends so they just stood by and watched me work.

Before we left, we took a moment as always to take some modeling photos.  They look so cute!

More Mailbox Surprises!

We received two new packages from the post office today and the girls were excited.  

They decided to open the smaller box first.

The first thing they saw was the special treat!  It looked really yummy.  They would have to save it for later.

There was also a special note from the seller of the item.  How sweet!

The next thing we saw was a bag that looked suspiciously like another bag Evie had seen before with her Tyler the Bear.

What was the surprise in the bag?  It was a a bunny for Alora!

Her tag said that her name is Betty!

All Dressed Up but No Place to Go…

Evie and her new friend Alora (who I think I might call Allie for short), shared more friend bonding time dressed in their original outfits.

A New FrIend!

I was gone most of today at a doll club event.  While I was away, a special package arrived at the house.  When I got home, Evie insisted that she open it.

Inside she saw a pretty new outfit.

And a cute new pair of shoes.

But there was even more in the box.  There was another box!

What could possibly be in this second box?

Inside the box there was yet another box which looked suspiciously like the box that she arrived in!  Except instead on the name “Evianna”, this box said “Alora”.

Oh my, it’s a new doll friend for Evie.  She is so surprised!  I knew she was coming, but I kept it a secret from Evie!
